About Iron Age Fitness

Built on Fitness Experience and Rehabilitation Insight

Iron Age Fitness was created with a clear purpose: to support older adults through safe, effective, and meaningful movement — and to equip fitness professionals with the skills to do the same.

As the population ages, more individuals are living with medical conditions, neurological disorders, and mobility limitations. While physical therapy plays a critical role in recovery, many clients leave rehabilitation still needing structured movement, strength training, and ongoing support.

That’s where trained fitness professionals can make a lasting impact.

Where rehabilitation ends, continued care begins.
